Hi all!


Here are the announcements for May: 


  • Join us for our GDC Single Cell RNAseq Webinar on May 19th: We will present the single cell app available in the GDC portal on May 19th. Please find a description and registration details on the GDC site here: https://gdc.cancer.gov/content/gdc-single-cell-rna-seq-analysis. 

  • Survivorship portal genome browser improvements: See more variants when panning and changing the coordinates in the genome browser in the St Jude Life Survivorship Portal. Please explore the data using this example. 



All of our software changes are noted in the change log, available on github.
