Hi all!

We’re starting 2025 with several announcements:

Multiple testing correction in the barchart: A new option in the barchart uses the Bonferroni test to highlight the significance of values with asterisks. Please use this example and check the box in the control panel to see this new feature.
Customize cutoffs in the disco and single cell plots: In Disco plot, a new color scale widget is added for CNV legend and allows for auto/fixed/percentile customization. Click on the color scale in this example to see this feature. A similar color scale is added to single-cell RNAseq visualization, when overlaying expression values for a gene. See this example.
New example for coloring specific genomic features in bed files: The JSON BED track allows for items to be custom colored. Please use this example for the code and preview data.
