Hi all!


Here’s what is happening for November: 


  • Hi-C Publication: We’re excited to announce the publication of our ppHiC web app in the Computational and Structural Biology Journal. Please read the full text here. 

  • Sequencing Reads Visualization on the GDC Webinar: We’re presenting a webinar on our Sequencing Reads Visualization tool in the GDC on November 18th. Click here for information about the webinar and registration. 

  • GDC Tools Update on Oct 30th: Our tools on the GDC website are updating on October 30th. Please see all the changes to the lollipop, OncoMatrix, gene expression clustering, etc. by clicking here.

  • Multivariate and univariate results in regression analysis: The regression analysis feature now allows you to include univariate results in a multivariable analysis. Click on the Include univariate results checkbox next to the Run Analysis button to see the results. Please click here for an example.
