Hi all!
Here are the announcements for August:
New features in the disco plot: We’re excited to announce new features in the disco plot. Please use the newest example on the homepage to try them out.
Users may now choose which chromosomes to render in the disco plot.
New controls to change the radius and opacity of the plot are available in the upper left-hand burger menu.
Clicking on fusion data launches the gene fusion visualization.
Reminder to attend the GDC webinar on August 25th: As a reminder, we are presenting our CNV tools in the GDC next month. Please join us August 25th at 2pm EST by registering with this link: https://gdc.cancer.gov/exploring-gdc-copy-number-variation-cnv-analysis-workflows-and-tools
Better filtering in the Childhood Cancer Survivorship Portal: The Childhood Cancer Survivorship Portal now enforces a minimum cohort size of 10 survivors for filtering. When the cohort filter results in under 10 survivors, the visualization apps will produce an error. Try it out at https://survivorship.stjude.cloud/.
All of our software changes are noted in the change log, available from GitHub.
As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or feedback through the group. Thank you for using ProteinPaint!
Take care,
ProteinPaint Team
