What's new in ProteinPaint for July

Hi all!


Here are the announcements for July: 


  • CNV segment visualization released for GDC: Users may browse cancer CNV segment data over any coding, noncoding, or intergenic loci in the GDC. Please use this link for GDC data demo and a user tutorial is available here. We also included an example on our homepage in the lollipop card here. 

  • New GDC webinar in August: We are pleased to present our CNV tools in the GDC next month. Please join us August 25th at 2pm EST by registering with this link. We hope to see you there!

  • Improvement in track rendering from URLs: Tracks will now render in sequence order defined in the URL, like this example link. 



All of our software changes are noted in the change log, available from github.
