xorshift in C++

Hi Sir,

I find the xorshift RNG serving my daily job very well. Thanks for the great work. Do you have a plan of proposing it to the C++ standard? The current RNGs in C++ are slow: https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/numeric/random. Thanks.
