I have not yet received the possession letter for C6/1201. However plan to shift in the second quarter of next year.

We heard that joint inspection of the respective flats will be held only after the registration is done.

Though the punch list will be individual to each apartment owner, their could be some points in the punch list that would be common and could be shard across the forum. 

One point to my notice is that the absence of SERVICE LIFT.

Dear Deepak

I am in D3-1704 and have completed registration procedures today. Three more buyers from other towers also got the registration done today.As per my knowedge four people have completed registration In D3 so far. I am planning to move in within a month.So are two more in D3.As per staff at Pranayam site so far 63 registries have been effected.

I am attaching a chart giving details of payments demanded by PCL.You can workout the final amount payable.

I have gone thru first step,the flat is not yet ready for take over.It is atleast one week away.

Reg Wire mesh doors the quote by PCL’s vendor is attached.I think it is quite high.I am going to explore other options.

If u get any other leads,I shall like to know.
