Dear all,

the new compilation does not work in the PCs (we tried it today in class and all the PC users had to go back to version 5.0).

Also, when using the GUI to generate scripts, there is a problem when adding more than one file for reading. For example, if adding a file named “scuti_12s.fas” it does it right, but when adding a second file named “scuti_16s.fas” it gives the following”

,"/Users/ggiribet/Desktop/poy_test/scuti_16s.fas")

when it should give:

read ("/Users/ggiribet/Desktop/poy_test/scuti_12s.fas”,"/Users/ggiribet/Desktop/poy_test/scuti_16s.fas”)

stuck by the lack of a file "course.fasta".
 
Could not find it in the source code page.

Thanks Gonzalo,

I should have checked the file sizes before I uploaded an empty zip file. I've uploaded the windows binaries to the google-code repo and amnh website. I've also fixed the GUI issue you mentioned in that release. The OSX ones will be forthcoming when compilation finishes.
