to popABC

Hi,

i am running popabc in a cluster and getting the message "error::
INTFILE couldn't be created" after the simulation step. I guess this
is beacuse I have no permission to delete or overwrite files in the
folder. Any suggestion to bypass it?

Hi Ferran,

The INTFILE is written in the same path where the excutable is, so you can move the executable to a place where you have writing permissions and run it from there.
If writing permission is the problem, this should solve it. Let me know if it doesn't.
