[VOTE][CC] Bylaw change: Correct elections cycles to be 8 months apart #1325

This is the voting thread dedicated to Core Committee members only.

Vincent is proposing a bylaw amendment to change the designated months of the staggered elections, so that it will be in September instead of August

  • Voting options are For (+1), Against (-1), or Abstain (+0)
  • There is a 50% quorum, a 2/3 majority is required for passage
  • Voting ends in two weeks, 2023-07-31 17:00:00 UTC
