From the Times of 30 June 2022: MR C. H. L. CLARK AND MISS D. A. CRUTCHLEY The engagement is announced between Christopher, son of Mr and Mrs David Clark of Fulham, London, and Daisy, daughter of he late Lt Cdr William and Mrs Crutchley of Dorset.

Daisy Alice b 1986 d of Lt-Cdr William Victor Percy CRUTCHLEY 1933-2007 (gt gs of 3rd Baron SOUTHAMPTON 1804-72, 2xgt gs of 1st Baron NUGENT d 1864, 2xgt gs of Adm Sir William PARKER 1st Bt 1781-1866, etc etc) and his 2nd w (her 2nd h) Hon Penelope Ann O'NEILL b 1947 (formerly Hon Mrs Christopher Devas - scion of the marquesses of Lothian) d of the LP Baron O'NEILL OF THE MAINE 1914-90 (cadet of the barons O'NEILL) and his wife, a scion of the MELVILLE viscounts.

Daisy Alice was previously announced 29 Aug 2013 as engaged to Charles E A P Vernon, although I can find no obvious evidence that the marriage ever took place:

The following extract is from Debrett's ed 1866, pg 317, related to Adm Sir William Parker 1st Bt,:

"Sir William  Parker, G.C.B. 1st Baronet, Born 1781, is an Admiral of the Fleet, principal Naval A.D.C.to the Queen; After
a brilliant naval career commanded the Navy in the Chinese War of 1841; was a Lord of the Admiralty in 1834 and 1835-41,
Commander-in- Chief in the Mediterranean 1845- 52, and also at Plymouth later, and was made a G.C.B..in 1842; married 
1810, Frances Anne, daughter of Sir T.Biddulph, 5th Bart. ..."
