FARRINGTON baronets
Kershaw has this as B 2003, but I think it should have no status.
There are 3 young heirs to this title, born 2019 / 2021 / 2022 according to Debrett's online, all of whom are male line grandsons of the 8th & current Baronet.  I can see no reason why they would not be in remainder.

LANGRISHE baronets
Kershaw lists this as B 2000, but I think there may be two young heirs.
Debrett's online gives a descendant of the 5th son of the 3rd Bt: Thomas du Plessis L. born 1980.  His father (Patrick) is/was based in the Devon area.
I think this is Thomas working as a solicitor: https://www.thompsonandjackson.co.uk/site/people/profile/tom - this page mentions 3 children.
Careful social media checks indicate he married (but when?) Michelle RUSHBURY (she has taken his name) and with her has issue:
(a son) O d P L. b Q2 2007 Wandsworth
(a son) J J L. b Q4 2010 Plymouth
(a dau) E A L. b Q1 2015 Plymouth

SINCLAIR (NS 1704)

DPB online records the marriage of the present Baronet b 1979 in 2011 to Piriyah Sivagnanam and they have issue:-
Robert John P b 2013 (ha)
Arabella R P b 2015

This title therefore becomes B 2013

WHITE (1802) baronets
Shown by Kershaw as B 1991 (to dorm or ext), but I think it should have no status.  Simon, the 2nd son of the 6th & current Bt, has a son born 2019 who appears to be in remainder - see DB online.

VINCENT Baronets (of Watton)

This baronetcy is listed as having been created in 1936 (as does Debrett's).  Burke's (and Leigh Rayment) correctly list it as 1937.

From the London Gazette 5 February 1937:
Whitehall, February 2, 1937. The KING has been pleased, by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm, bearing date the 18th ultimo [ie January], to confer the dignity of a Baronet of the United Kingdom upon Sir Percy Vincent, of Watton, in the County of Norfolk, Knight, and the heirs male of his body lawfully begotten
