Family Announcement: "Passed away surrounded by his family on 10 July 2020. Loving husband of Sally, father and father-in-law of David and Pip, Matthew and Liz, and Rose and Luke. James was the cherished Poppa of Matilda, Milly, George, Henry, Milo and Walter and Poppa Hemi to Huia and Awatea."

He was the son  of James O'Bryen HOARE ( 1910-1967), scion of the Hoare Baronets (1784), being descended from the 3rd son of the 3rd Bt, and (m Jan 1941) Helen Dorey HARDIE (d 1991). He m 1971 Sally Ann CORNWELL and had 2 sons and a dau as above.  No grandchildren mentioned in DPB.  Perhaps the baronetcy should lose its B status on the Kershaw list if we had more info on the male grandchildren

Investigation in social media reveals that George (b 2007), Henry (b 2009) and Milo (b 2014) are the sons of Matthew and Liz.

Also note that Debrett's database gives Rose's spouse as Paul J C NEWFIELD, not Luke as in the notice.  In social media she uses the names Rose HOARE.
