The birth of Carina Mary McMULLAN was registered in Glossop in Q3 1955. Her parents were Dr John Joseph McMULLAN (born 13 I 1927) and Patricia Aline SMITH, whose marriage was registered in Glossop in Q2 1954, and more information on Dr McMullan can be found at https://prabook.com/web/john_joseph.mcmullan/642679. It appears that he died in 2016 (see https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/0141076816657768); from a probate search, the only match I can find is for a John Joseph McMullan who died on 12 April 2016, so that seems likely to be him. His wife had died on 19 August 2014, aged 86 (see http://announcements.telegraph.co.uk/deaths/180897/mcmullan).
