Nicholas James Headlam-Morley, formerly of Whorlton, Co Durham and Highgate, London.  A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Mary’s Church, Whorlton, at 12 noon on Friday, 10 February.

Presumably he was son of Kenneth Arthur Sonntag Headlam-Morley, of Whorlton Hall (1901-1982) and of his wife, Lorna Dione Smith (1922-2011). Kenneth is known to have had three sons and two daughters, though the most recent Bukrke's LG I have does not show him as having been married.

Nicholas James Headlam-Morley should not be confused with his cousin James Nicholas Headlam (1926-2018).

There will be a short service at Darlington Crematorium at 2pm Thursday 9th February. A service of thanksgiving will be held at St Mary's Church, Whorlton at 1200 noon Friday 10th February.
