"Mr W.J.H. Bentinck, Viscount Woodstock" sounds like the kind of mangled style reference we've come to expect from the BBC!  It's certainly taking the concept of a "courtesy" title to extremes...

His father is also head of the sovereign mediatized countly house of Bentinck.

In fact as a mediatized sovereign count, all of the family are HiiH illustrious highnesses. The lowest of all the highnesses  but an extremely rare honour much more so than HSH.

The announcement is more conventionally headed in the Telegraph today - "Viscount Woodstock and Miss RC Newton".  It must be the newspaper that provides the heading

Viscount and Viscountess Woodstock would appear to reside in the Cublington area of Oxfordshire, so I think it unlikely that the Ella Ann Bentinck whose birth was registered in Brighton and Hove in 2023 is their daughter. Per 192.com, a Georgina Ella Ann Bentinck and (her sister?) Louise Helen Bentinck have resided in the Lewes area of Sussex; there is some indication that they may be of the baronial branch of the Bentinck family, and I think it may be that the child Ella Ann Bentinck is also of that branch.
