1938 DOWNLOADS AND ALL PHOTOS HAS A BLUE MARKS BUT ONLY 1937 PHOTOS ON GE,I CAN NOT A MISSING ONE.PLEASE HELP,THANK YOU.

Welcome to the forum!
I guess you want to find out which is the photo that hasn't been selected for GE.
You should use p-track (a user generated tool) in order to find the missing photo.

Well, that is I thought you could fnd out, but indeed all 1938 photos are selected!

Please look if you can find an unmapped photo. Unmapped photos are preselected

It seems to be the same issue as discussed in this (closed) thread:
No solution until now, and I'm not expecting any. Just live with it...
