Hello I am using OpenCards 2.5. I created the following Markdown file for study:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/r7d3my1bc9p8rg5/Notes.md?dl=0

However when I choose Tools -> Import Flashcards, the file chooser defaults to files of type CSV or PPT only. When I switch it to All Files and select my markdown file, it the re-prompts me for a file with .ppt appended to it as this screenshot shows:

Hello Terrence,

that is an excellent question. You can add Markdown files by dragging and dropping them into OpenCards. Or click right onto a category and select "Add cardset...". I'll try to clarify this with the next release by adding some advice to the UI.

Feel welcome to come back to me if this does not yet answer your question.

Best,
Holger

That’s weird. I’ve tried your attached cardset and it works well for me.

Does OpenCards report the same error in a reproducible manner, i.e. could you restart OpenCards and try again?

Best,
Holger
