OpenStack.org signature process

OpenStack is using EchoSign to manage its signature process and even includes an approved contributor list (http://wiki.openstack.org/HowToContribute).  Is this something we could adapt for OWF use?

Yeah, we could pretty easily get an EchoSign account that OWF pays for and then create/host versions of the agreement for various projects.

Check out RightSignature as well - we spent some time at vast.com (my employer) as our management team is now geographically split - and found that to be a great solution.

And i have a connection at Docusign that could probably do a very good
deal for OWF.
