Hi there,

I have been unable to upload new forms to my project. The error I am gettings is: Something went wrong. Please try again.

Your file should have the .xlsx, .xml file extension because Ona uses XLS Forms to create forms.

I have also tried creating the form in Google Sheet and copy/paste the url into ONA but still get an error message like this: No extension.

I have noticed that you are using external selects on this form. We are having a technical issue with external selects that is currently being addressed by our technical team. Hello Ronald,

Please note that with newwer version of PyXform, we don't support xls format and you need to change your form format to xlsx format by uploading your form to drive and open it with Google sheets then when downloading it download it in .xlsx format.

Hello Tim,

I have gone through your form and noticed that you are having the wrong constraints by starting with = before <. Please note it should be <=${variable} and not =>${variable}
Also your file was in xls format which is not supported anymore. Your form should be in xlsx format for it to be uploaded.
Find the attached edited form for testing.

Apologies for the issues you are experiencing.

I have taken a look at your form and the reason you are unable to upload it is that you have too many choices in your choices worksheet which consequently makes the system time out when you're uploading your form. You should consider either using external selects or possibly the select_one_from_file function.
