Certain people, like a certain Nadia18, have been spamming people on
the IRC channel #okopipi. Nadia18, of course, was blocked and kicked
off by Zek. It might also be something us users might be able to put up
with and find ways around. However, such actions could potentially ruin
Okopipi's image. If you have any suggestions, please post them at the
following URL (sorry if this may be in the wrong group):
