Hi group,

I implemented a prototype of a custom data adapter for OBO-Edit by
extending org.obo.dataadapter.AbstractAdapter. Now, what to do with
it?

I can get it to show up in the Load Ontologies menu by loading it
explicitly in org.oboedit.gui.tasks.DefaultGUIStartupTask. But I
figure there should be a solution that doesn't involve patching OBO-
Edit. Is there?

Thanks,
Thomas

I think there's a few examples in the svn repo

Thanks, exactly what I needed! Had overlooked that page.

Cheers,
Thomas
