OK, I don't have an answer as to why folks started having problems but I believe as others have said that it is related to the titles on the sheet being used for the merge.

I created a response sheet for a form that the spreadsheet would not allow FormMule to work correctly.

I inserted a row at the top. I then added simple merge tags for every column. This is easy if you hold down the shift as you drag the pointer across the sheet.

Timestamp	First Name of Student	Last Name of Student	Age (at time of application)

I'm having the same issue where I cannot get passed the Template page. I added in the merge row at the top, but it didn't change anything. Are people still having this issue? Any methods on what works to fix it?

Even after I cleared the errors using the tool noted in Joe Schmidt's post, I am still getting hung up between the "Set # of email template(s) and send conditions" step and "Build / preview templates."

The preloader just spins and spins.

However, I have found a workaround:

If you have managed to finish "Set # of email template(s) and send conditions," then the addon created and hid a sheet in your spreadsheet that you can unhide and edit directly in the spreadsheet.

When you have finished editing, you should be able to send the emails by using the Preview and Send All command in the extension menu (Extension>Form Mule Email Merge Utility>Preview and Send All).

The emails sent with manual push and with a time trigger.

So, other than the "Build / preview templates" page, everything else seems to be working for me.

I hope others find this information useful.

I'm guessing that you have a column without a title. See find errors.

The number of questions has slowed but I don't know if that is because folks are able to find their problem.

No. I used the provided error sheet to find and remove all errors.

As you can see, I have no blank column titles before the last column.

Before, when I had blank columns, I wasn't able to see the entire list of headers when setting the send conditions.

That changed as soon as I remove the blank columns, but I still can't get the past the Build page preloader without the workaround I mentioned.

Try putting some text in columns K, O, and P. I suspect that the symbol in column K is causing the problem. I think Formmule is expecting some text and there isn't any in columns O and P. Try "empty one", "empty two" or some meaningful title.

Let us know if that fixes the problem.

If you are unable to open a file, that is a Google problem. Not Formmule.
