Form Mule Not Working

I followed your directions but I don't have any errors, experiencing the same issue as the others.
I also tried reselecting the correct sheet and still don't get the conditions box for templates.

I also removed data to reduce the size of the sheet. No luck. When I get to the Set the # conditions, the drop down for fields only shows Timestamp and there's no criteria field

Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

I suspect a special character in the title row of the source sheet.

Do all of the titles contain alphanumeric text? Is there any column without a title?

Can you share the list of titles in the error tab from my process?

Delete the extra columns at the end.

Make a copy of your sheet and delete the student information so it is just the headings. That's what I did and then had Joe take a look at it. He is fantastic at finding the errors! It is the only way I would have gotten mine up and running again.

Create a new spreadsheet and copy in the titles. Add some fake student data. I suspect the problem is in the titles.

Just make sure that formmule fails in the spreadsheet that you share. I don't want or need access to the student data.

Hello -

Thank you for the reply. I went back through your find and fix document and did find a couple things that I could update and did. I was able to create my templates and everything was working for a couple days and then one of the templates stopped sending. Now when I try to go back to the template set up to look for any issues, I see that the send conditions I had put in for each of the templates is gone and when I try to reset those, only a couple of the criteria display. When I try to move to the individual templates it just spins indefinitely. I can also see that it is creating extra hidden templates and/or changing the name of my templates to be whatever I named them plus "Template". For example, I have 3 templates, one of which is named Busing. It is opening the 3 saved templates but then is also opening a 4th template named Busing Template that is not formatted. I'm not sure how to get to the template that seems to have a problem if I can't get beyond the first page where the number of templates and send criteria are selected. I see now too that the body of the original Busing template is missing and one of the other templates might be corrupted as well since it is opening a second time too.

I did just now rerun your error formula and nothing shows up as an issue. There are red columns but they come after the last titled columns.

I would delete all of the empty columns.

When you get the number of templates to adjust, be sure to name each template the same as you did when you setup formmule.
