My Form mule is showing only Help option and mails are not getting triggered.

This is clearly a major issue affecting everyone. I can't believe New Visions Cloudlab has not responded or acknowledged the issue, even if they need time to work on it.

I was able to fix it for now using Find Formmule errors instructions . I had some columns with same names, once I changed that I could pass step 2 and use multiple templates.

The text file with the script is an image. Can you attach the .txt file to the email?

1. Once the APPS SCRIPT is open then delete what you have on the window and then paste this script into your Apps Script window. 🡺

check for duplicate column headings. Once I deleted by duplicates it started working again.
