Hi

I'm a Google workspace user, and since a few days I received Autocrat problem's mailings with the message :
Service invoked too many times for one day: premium urlfetch.

But it's very strange because there were only 2 calls made by Autocrat for today.
As you can see, I ask Autocrat to do the Job only if it's TRUE in the K colomn :

Or, rarely I had this message (too many calls), but there were only 2 calls for today...:

Hi again

I'm not sure, but is it in relation with a quota?
I tried to start Jobs manually with an other Google account and it worked.

It is likely a quota issue.  Some quotas are for an account and not an individual spreadsheet.

But, I wonder why is it a quota issue, because I Autocrat had just sent 2 emails in the last 7 days.
Is the "run on time" trigger count in the quota?
And if it's the case, in witch way does it count, per non empty ligne in the Sheet per Job? Other?

Hello,

I am having the same issue, but I work for a school district and have a paid educational account. It stopped for me after about 800 emails/documents last week, but we should have a limit of 1500 per day. I tried re-running the job today and it keeps stopping after only around 20-50 emails have been sent.

So I'm not fully convinced it's a quota issue. Any ideas?

Remember that the quotas are across all Add-ons for an account.  Each email is counted toward a quota.   500 rows with 2 emails per row is 1000 emails sent.

The warning messages from a trigger are sometimes not really an error.

Warnings while running manually are sometimes self correcting and sometimes not.

The more merge tags in the template, the slower Autocrat will run.

The first example had 7 merge jobs.  I like to keep this number to a minimum.  I look to see if one or more merge jobs can be combined by adding one or more columns to be used as a merge tag.

While I believe most of the above is true, I don't know of a fix to be certain you will never get an error message.

I have also same issue. We can generate certificates and sent by email to about 400 to 500 per day.

Hello fellows :-)

I really feel like this is beyond the email sending quotas.
In fact, I send very few emails, I only send very small mail-mergings (around ten per week with a unique Sheet file), and I always get this error message since few weeks.
However, I have to ask my colleague to force the Autocrat mailings manually with his Google account...

But, what I know, it's Autocrat is very slower than when we first implemented it.

Is there a way to know what types of quotas (other than sending emails), or other issue come into play here?

I'm not sure what is happening.  Maybe a slow down within Google's system.  These issues usually go away on their own.

See Check quota to determine how many emails you have remaining.

That's why I asked if there's any others types of quotas that slow down Autocrat usage

This discussion is getting way above my pay grade(knowledge).

The number of merge tags and the number of images are two things that I know slow down Autocrat.

I'm sorry but that is about all I know.  You may want to contact your Workplace contact.
