plays sound only once on old WinXPsp1

hello, 

i-Radio (clean example) plays stream only once

(like in this topic 2008).

If I press stop (onDone ok), delay and press Play - no sound plays, but stream is downloading for some seconds.

It occurs only on my old-old laptop under Windows XP sp1 2002.

It is NOT occurs on Win7 or Win XP sp3.

WMStreamedIn is not busy, device (sound card) selected.

After program re-run it plays sound only once again.

I use newac261 and explore my project and example i-Radio - all the same. Please help and thanks for pretty sound library!
