I suggest you ask your question in the Mozilla newsgroup mozilla.dev.embedding.
Everybody has moved there.

This newsgroup netscape.public.mozilla.embedding was
officially abandoned four and a half years ago.
See http://groups.google.com/group/netscape.public.mozilla.embedding/msg/03d9851fe3cfce23
and http://groups.google.com/group/netscape.public.mozilla.embedding/msg/38b47ebf30c91a5f

Note for anyone using an NNTP newsreader such as Thunderbird...

Set up "news.mozilla.org" as another news server account, and
subscribe to the group "mozilla.dev.embedding" on that server.
A few other servers have groups of the same name, but questions
posted to those other servers do not appear on "news.mozilla.org"
where everyone is.
