Hi all,

In other GTD-software apps I´ve been using it always been quite easy to "close" or "archive" a project when you´re done with your tasks for that project - But in MLO I run into problems almost directly.

- No problems with creating a folder called "Xxx"
- No problems making it a project either
- No problems with creating tasks/subtasks in that folder and ticking them off

But when there is no tasks left and I´ve put the project as "Completed" in the properties section it still looks active. I´ve also taken any dates away but it´s still there so to say.

- Is the only solution to delete the folder/project?
- My workaround just now is to move the project folder to an "Archive folder" and clear all dates - looking from the "project tab" I then can see my folders under "Completed".

When your Project is complete, check it off as complete, same as you do for a Task

If your Project has also been set as a Folder, you’ll need to turn the Folder attribute off before you can check it as complete
