Hi, does anyone have any experience sharing MLO task list with other people.

Hello MLO Family!

Does anyone have any experience of sharing a MLO task list with work colleges, so they can use the list to edit and add to, but not giving them them ability to sync with my other personal MLO task list in the cloud? 

Thanks for any input and advice in advance.

I collaborate successfully with employees but you are correct they are not prevented from using other files on the cloud

I believe that this requires two cloud subscriptions, one for shareable profiles and the other for private ones.

I share the shopping lists with my gf. I just installed MLO on her phone and synced it to that profile. I did have to split "Purchasing" off into a second profile, in order to keep my personal/business stuff separate. It works pretty well, only problem is switching back and forth between profiles (for me).

Sam,

You can share only selected files form your cloud account to another cloud account(s). 

If you share one cloud account with other people you cannot restrict them form seeing all profiles in this account.
