mlo android - what does the little cross arrows in the upper right do?

Hello-
In the new android there's some crossed arrows in the upper right hand corner.  Clicking this flips between the stared view and, a bunch of meaningless horizontal lines.  What are those lines for?
Are there some detailed instructions for this new android view that would explain this?

That's the symbol for move mode and the lines allow you to drag and drop tasks to other parts of either an outline or task list that is manually sorted. If used in active by context it seems to replace

What I can't find are the indent/outdent options that we used to have...Are they gone?

Andrey's response to requests for infent/outdent was to recommend drag + drop instead

Thanks.  I see that now.  A written reference manual is really needed for this.  Videos just aren't the same.
