cleanup of complete tasks

Hi 

How long to complete tasks remain in the data base? can I make adjustments to when it is cleaned up? Or is it something only to do manually?

Hi, you can use Tool>Options>AutoArchive to set up the parameters for
removal of completed tasks. You can remove them to an archive or just
have them permanently deleted.

Hints:

If you save them to an archive, schedule yourself for a periodic check
of how big the archive file is. If it gets really big it will make the
archive run really slow.

Unless you are really sure that you know what you are doing, you should
avoid unpleasant surprises by leaving the tickmarks set for two options:
"clean out . . ." and "Do not archive. . ."
