Trying MLO5 calendar sync

I'm trying MLO5 calendar sync, and I have a question:

Let's suppose I have to give a class on Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.  I register it on MLO, but since I have to prepare the class, I give it a 2 day lead time, so it starts showing on MLO several days before and I can get ready.

When I sync MLO to GCal, since the "Start date and time" is 2 days before, it appears as a large task encompassing 2 days, starting on monday and ending on wednesday at 10:00 AM.

Is there a way I can put a real start/end date on MLO (for calendar sync) but still be warned 2 or 3 days before the event so I can prepare for it?

Hi Fernando,

 Sounds like you have an appointment & a task.

 Here is what I will do:

01. I will set a class appointment in my google calendar. In your case, which is on Wednesday 9am - 10am with 5 minutes before start alarm. ( or multiple alarms :-) )

02. In MLO, i will create a project for the class ( Class X ). then,

03. Create a task under the project ( Prepare materials for Class X) and set the start date 2 days before class with reminder in MLO to remind me. 

  This way, everything will be very clear. Calendar for appointments & MLO for tasks.
