I use task by email to get my ideas to the MLO inbox before they are gone. But I'd also like to see parsing work with task by email the same way it works with desktop. That way I can quickly add things like contexts and due dates etc. Does anyone else see this as extremely useful?

I 2nd that. I've had the same thought, but because I have access to the Rapid Task Entry all day, it doesn't bother that much that I can't parse via email. Would be nice though.

Hmm, that might be a good idea. You just keep the whole program and data on a thumb drive?

Hello ToTheMoonAlice,--Have you tried the portable version of MLO? I use that, along with a few other portable apps (VirtuaWin, FastStone Image Viewer, ReNamer, IcoFX, FDF Text Extractor, BulkFileChanger-x64). I shouldn't encourage you to use portable apps if that doesn't fit with your employer's cybersecurity policy, but maybe they have a process for virus-checking and approving some personal, portable apps?Stéphane
