Syncing checked tasks

Hi there,

There are two of us who utilize MLO from different locations.  My co-worker can't see all of the checked off tasks - i.e. I see 15 of them checked off as complete and he only sees 5.
We have both synced multiple times and restarted the program.
Is there a reason we aren't seeing the same thing?  Do checked off tasks have a time expiration or anything?

Hi, Laura. Completed tasks do not expire, however completing a task sometimes but not always makes it eligible for archiving. Could you find and check the archive on the side where the tasks are missing and see if the missing tasks are in the archive?

MLO can show or hide completed tasks, and it can show Recently Completed tasks

Are these displays both set to show Recently Completed tasks?

If so, do both have the same sense of how long ago counts as ‘recent’?

(Left pane > Filter > General > Show complete > click the dropdown to set the delay)

Hi Wol!
We want to set it for both of to never auto hide. Is there a way to make sure that this is the same for each of us. 
Even when it is set to "show completed tasks - YES", under the drop down menu there is still something checked on "hide completed tasks older then..."  not sure if that is effecting things.

Yes – set that dropdown so it’s the same on both

If that’s not the issue, it won’t solve your problem, but it’s something to check

The delay period won’t matter if you set it to always show
