Does anyone have an electronic copy of the bylaws they can e-mail me? I need to verify the towing rules. I believe Dominon Towing inappropriately towed my uncle's car. Thanks.

I found out about the most recent change of the meeting to the 31st after I
posted my confirmation to it being on the 29th. I agree that it is not the
best day. If there are any further updates (and if we all have power), I
