This is something that someone else asked for last week (see the thread at https://groups.google.com/g/mlforkids/c/u3B0XRPbtV8/m/9dh4CIEwAgAJ ) 

They pointed me at the fork of Scratch maintained at https://github.com/MrYsLab/s3onegpio which has extensions for Arduino and Raspberry Pi. After checking with the creator of those extensions, I started porting them to the fork of Scratch running at https://machinelearningforkids.co.uk/scratch3/ 

If you look in the extensions menu, you'll see they are there - I made a start on this last Friday. But I've not done any testing on them yet, so I have no idea whether they actually work. 

Please note - as I didn't write these extensions, I'm not able to provide any support or guidance on using them - I have no idea how they work. 

(However, I did see a usage guide at https://mryslab.github.io/s3-extend/ which may be useful.) That said, if you do manage to get them to work, I would be interested to hear that.
