excellent way to pick a president?

ask the candidates to list all of the things that they've been wrong
about over the years.

ask them to list all of the things that they've changed their mind
about due to discovering that they were wrong.

those who show an actual ability to wisely learn from their mistakes,
win.

by popular vote.

do you think this would this be a good way to pick a "leader"?

Put all citizens names of age 30 and over into a hat and just pick
one. The support for this would require that every citizen is well
versed on every issue and can make an informed determination of
action. The chosen person is tested by a number of reality based
games. If a player is chosen who does not have the requisite knowlege
when chosen, that player is shot and a new leader is chosen from the
hat.

30 is the chosen age because by that time all citizens would have had
the oportunity to educate themselves on all possible matters.
