BMI Stuck at 27.0, 25% increase in exercise begins today

Despite 60 minutes exercise per day (in
2 30 minute indoor cycling sessions) has
gotten my BMI down to 27.0, my BMI has
remained at that level Jan 6 to today.

So, today, I'm increasing my daily indoor
cycling by 25%, from 60 minutes to 75
minutes/day (in -2- 37 minute 30 second
exercise sessions).

more calories, but having the advantage of
providing 4 grams of fiber in each 100 cal-
orie serving.

Another advantage, easily consumed in small
increments, 1 shredded wheat = 2.18 carbs /
9.09 calories. 11 shredded wheat = 24 carbs /
100 calories. One more advantage, tastes
great when combined with no fat milk. (-:

The body changes slowly with exercise training. It takes time for the body to
change blood flow to muscles for runners, as an example. This change may
take 6 months to a year.

So 1 week is too short for body/BMI changes. Your time horizon is too short.

Today, woke up with a BMI of 26.8, but
after having 2 cups of coffee and nothing
else, and after urinating, my current BMI
is 26.7 . My last 3 days of insulin/diet;
I haven't exercised yet.

p.s., while writing this my glucose went
low and I got hungry, so after eating I'm
sure my BMI is > 26.7, but hey, it was
26.7 -before- eating :-) :

The 25% increase began in response to my
BMI being stuck at 27.0 Jan 6 to Jan 13.

Despite an increase in calories yesterday,
my 75 minute indoor cycling (in 2 37 min-
ute 30 second sessions) continued my de-
crease in weight, now at 26.6 BMI!

Yesterday's insulin/diet:

Jan 17 1,420 calories
fat 22.5, carb 233, protein 61
8 NPH, 18.5 Regular, Total = 26.5 units

Despite my ingesting more calories than I'd
like, late yesterday due to my glucose failing
to go up despite a lot of carbs/calories, my
75 minute exercise routine (-2- 37 minute 30
second sessions per day) has now reduced my
BMI to 26.5 .

Sidenote: Tomorrow I'll find out how much of
my Regular, NPH, and Fiasp insulins & my syr-
inges are covered by my new health insurance
and will report back on that.

January 18 to 21 calories/fat/carbs/protein
and insulin dosages:

Jan 18 1,720 calories
25 fat, 305 carb, 99 protein
8 NPH, 14.5 Regular, Total = 22.5 units

Jan 19 1,520 calories
49 fat, 175 carb, 71.5 protein
8 NPH, 13 Regular, Total = 21 units

Jan 20 940 calories
33 fat, 100 carb, 70 protein
8 NPH, 12.5 Regular, Total = 20.5 units

(mysteriously, late night glucose plunge
required a lot of carbs, but no glucose
rebound requiring anything other than ...

... my 3 NPH late happened all night long
before the glucose went back up after I
got up this morning; that's unusual, but
typical regarding the unpredictability of
Islit as usually, the glucose skyrockets
overnight after I ingest a lot of carbs ...

... to try to prevent evening hypoglycemia.
During the night and the lack of a glucose
rebound I had the feeling that I was amidst
a miraculous cure :-)
