My BMI went down to 25.6 overnight, my
waist size is now 31 and 3/4 inches, my
Waist/Height ratio (height 66.25 inches)
is now 0.479 !

I'm just 4.2 pounds away from being at ]
the max weight for the so-called normal/
healthy weight range of 24.9 .

It appears the 90 minutes of indoor cyc-
ling in -3- 30 minute sessions (along
with around 1,100 calories) is paying
off.

Per the following, I should hit that BMI
of 24.9 in about 13 days.

Here are some tools helpful in calculating
the impact of exercise and calorie reduc-
tion on weight loss:

Per the following, at my current weight
of 159.8 pounds, my 90 minutes of indoor
cycling per day burns 542 calories.
https://caloriecontrol.org/healthy-weight-tool-kit/get-moving-calculator/

Per the following, my daily calorie need
-before- starting my exercise routine was
(when I was sedentary) 1,760 calories.
https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html

My average calories per day now is 1,100
calories. Subtracting 542 calories from
exercise = 558 calories, which is about
a 1,200 calorie deficit per day, so ...

... theoretically, 7 x 1,200 = 8,400 divi-
ded by 3500 calories (calorie deficit = 1
pound weight loss) = 2.4 pounds/week.

Since I've been exercising at a 1,200 cal-
orie per day deficit for 13 days, so 15,600
divided by 3500 = 4.4 pounds.

Is that my weight loss since I started my
90 minutes/day indoor cycling January 23?

Actually, I've lost 4.8 or so pounds since
January 23, so the above calculations are
close but are a tidbit short of the actual
weight loss, but I must say that for reasons ...

... unknown, my weight loss (on my weight
scale) seems to come in spurts sometimes
(don't know why, but this last time, no
weight loss showed up from Feb 2nd 'til
this morning, a 1 day loss of 1 pound).

Insulin/diet since my last report thru
February 1:

Feb 2 1,228 calories
23 fat, 201 carb, 70.5 protein
7.5 NPH, 10 Regular, 17.5 Total Units

Feb 3 953 calories
37 fat, 117 carb, 52.5 protein
7 NPH, 9.5 Regular, 16.5 Total Units

Feb 4 849 calories
17 fat, 114 carb, 37.5 protein
6 NPH, 7.5 Regular, 13.5 Total Units

Last 3 days, my NPH is = 43.16% of total and
Regular = 56.84% of my total units/day, so
I'm closer to 50/50 insulin dosaging, and
today, I lowered my initial Regular dose from
4 NPH to 3 NPH as yesterday, 4 Regular first
thing in the morning was too much.
