HTTP/1.0 500 Server Error (-2146893048)

I keep getting the above error when viewing active server pages constructed
using IIS 3.0 running on NT Server 4.0 with SQL Server 6.5 as the database.

I am using Trusted Connections using named pipes and have removed the
IUSR_MACHINENAME account from the NTFS file permissions on the Web Pages.

I have disabled "allow anonymous" on the Web Server.

Please can someone help me

I'm sure you've had this message before.

I have SQL Server 6.5, IIS3.0 and Active Server Pages installed. I have
just removed allow anonymous and removed the Intranet Guest Account from
the websites NTFS file permissions and now I get this error when attempting
to access a web page which makes ADO calls to the Database. Curiously,
other static web pages are unaffected.

Hope someone can help
