Metal3 Team Meetup date (Feb 13.)

Hello Metal3 community!

As I have promised the voting for the Metal3 Team Meetup has ended on the 29th of January at the time of the weekly community meeting and the voting link is not valid anymore.
Based on the votes the community selected the 13th of February as a suitable date with a clear majority vote.

In order to be 100% transparent the results were evaluated and recorded as part of the community meeting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kSdoC5vJss.

We have quite a bit of distance to cover during the MTM as you can see in the agenda mail (https://groups.google.com/g/metal3-dev/c/Wl2DIdr_ZQ0) so in case we decide on the MTM that we need more time to discuss the topics I will initiate a new   poll to plan the next instance of the meeting.

As for technical details:

• Let's re-use the meeting link of the community meeting I don't think we need to create a separate Zoom meeting for MTM: https://zoom.us/j/97255696401?pwd=ZlJMckNFLzdxMDNZN2xvTW5oa2lCZz09
•  Let's continue to use the existing MTM document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Exm5k6JB2JlD9_FOaM68R2ASHi7ZsryF_xEqLG1j4zA/edit?tab=t.0 , I have already added this year's event to the list with the core agenda points, feel free to already share your thoughts and extra info under the agenda points.
• Feel free to propose additional topics, there is a section in the MTM doc for proposing further agenda points, it could happen that we won't cover them this time, but they might serve as the core of the next meeting.
• If you have any questions, suggestions, issues related to the event then feel free to contact me via the mailing list, or slack or on the next community meeting
