Pallavi - There is a construction linked payment schedule for which builder will send you demand letter to make payment as floor slabs gets completed during construction.They would have have given you a breakup during time of sale. In case you have taken loan, you will have to send the same to your bank.
Possession was E is mentioned as Dec 2012 but practically I dont feel it will be before June 2013. They have started with possession of B.

I visited KUL project and trust me, that place is far away from development, its act farmland type place, its quite inside and not tht close to balewadi, with a road on which one can barely drive on.
They will build separate bridge for their township since its other side of river, connectin KUL to Phase 1 but this will be private for township.
KUL guys also said, it will 3-4 years for MIDC bridge to come up.

Any idea when is the possession of tower E is scheduled and when is it most
likely to happen practically. I mean if anyone knows about other towers
possesion which was scheduled and happened in time , can you please let me
know.

Ashwani- It is usually per floor basis, I guess they need architect
certificate which might be pending.. I thought to check if others has got it
by any chance... .. lets wait then..
As I could understand, plinth for E was looking mostly completely, maybe
there is more of technical things to just a view..

I visited site 3 weeks back. they have started with B possession and C looks
mostly complete. One of the entrance is functional and they have started
with landscaping along driveway.
 
They have launched G and planning to open H, I towers soon.
 
I heard they are launching Mystique cluster soon which will be opp to
sangria clover and rock excavation for commercial mall is also starting
 
Anybody has idea on status of "proposed bridge" from balewadi?

No idea about the proposed bridge.
 
I think Kumar builder has launched a new project Ecoloch towards that road
(towards back of balewadi stadium) so I am now more optimistic about the
construction of this bridge.
 
Btw, for preimum apartments the builder has increased the rate from 3150/sq
feet( Amenity facing) to Rs 3550 so thats one good news for those who have
booked at lower price.
