Demand letter for Sangria E

Hi All,

Any idea when will Megapolis issue demand letter for Sangria Bldg E?? 
They called me up sometime in April and said you will be receiving it soon but haven't heard from them after that.

Hi Priyanka,

 

Yesterday i visited the site, as of now only the plenth work has been done for the E-building.

 

Unless they complete couple of floors they cant send the demand letters. I think the demand letters won't reach us atleast for next 2-3 months.

 

I had also recived the similar call but they just enquired if I will be taking a home loan or will be paying money from my pocket.

Ashwani- It is usually per floor basis, I guess they need architect certificate which might be pending.. I thought to check if others has got it by any chance... .. lets wait then..
As I could understand, plinth for E was looking mostly completely, maybe there is more of technical things to just a view..

I visited site 3 weeks back. they have started with B possession and C looks mostly complete. One of the entrance is functional and they have started with landscaping along driveway.

They have launched G and planning to open H, I towers soon.

I heard they are launching Mystique cluster soon which will be opp to sangria clover and rock excavation for commercial mall is also starting

Anybody has idea on status of "proposed bridge" from balewadi?

No idea about the proposed bridge.

 

I think Kumar builder has launched a new project Ecoloch towards that road (towards back of balewadi stadium) so I am now more optimistic about the construction of this bridge.

 

Btw, for preimum apartments the builder has increased the rate from 3150/sq feet( Amenity facing) to Rs 3550 so thats one good news for those who have booked at lower price.
