What is the main reasons of coming root concavity or suckback, and who is much responsible for this root hot Welder or filling capping welder?

Size Vs Root gap 3. Welding Process 4. Gas flow 5. Welding Speed 6. Current used 7. Welder’s Technique 8. Position 9. Skill of welder
