Update map of Nigeria with edits made on Google Maps.

There seems to be no synchronization of towns, villages and cities
between Google Map Maker and Google Maps. There are dozens of towns
and villages that have been added to Google Maps, yet they do not
appear in Google Map Maker which sometimes causes redundant editing as
a town added in mapmaker may already be in Google Maps. I don't know
if anything can be done about this, but I'll hope so.
