I was travelling to Raichur from Bangalore on 28-Sep-2013 morning 5:30 AM by own car driven by a driver. Near Baegepally toll naka, Mata Rani Sankalamma Devi temple, around 7:00 AM, I started feeling suffocation, upper back pain on the right side, breathing trouble, unable to sit or stand. After 20 mins., sweating also started. I am a pharmacist and my brother is a Neuro Surgeon, Dr Nagraj V Gadwal. I realised that it is a symptom of heart problem. I went and lied down on the floor in front of devi temple. My hand and feet were cold. I ate garlic cloves 10 - 15 pieces immediately and also inhaled the aroma of garlic.

After 1 hr., I recovered from that situation to go back. Then I started back to Bangalore. On the way at Chikkaballapur, I took one Ecosprin tablet 300 mg. Went to hospital and got ECG & BP checked. ECG showed initial symptoms of heart problem. The Doctor advised me to go to Bangalore immediately for further treatment for my Heart problem. Then I called my brother and he also suggested to consult Cardiologist at Fortis Hospital, Dr Vikrant.

In Fortis, after angiogram it was found that it is Double Vessel Coronary Heart disease.

1. Right Coronary Artery : Dominant, proximal RCA shows 70 – 80% stenosis, mid and distal RCA shows mild plaque.

2. Proximal LAD shows thrombus containing 100% occlusion.

3. Acute Anterior Wall Myocardial Infarction

Doctor put the Stent for LAD and told to come after 1 - 2 weeks for check up and to decide to put the stint for the 2nd blockage.

After the operation, I still had some breathlessness. My nephew, Mr Shambulingappa, who lives in Bangalore and taking treatment for his family, asked me to take treatment from Mr Manas for 2nd blockage in RCA. I met Mr Manas on 02-Oct-2013 and started the treatment for my

3. Snoring has reduced to 70%. Sleep is improved and quite sound.

4. Twitching of eye has been reduced to 90%. Rarely I get it and it is very mild as compare to before. Earlier it used to be for hours together and there was nerves pressure too. When I met the eye the doctor recently, he said eye is normal from all aspects. My Brother also told that there is very good improvement in the nerves problem of eye.

5. Fasting blood sugar level is reduced to 80. Doctor has changed the medication for Diabetes.

6. There is glow on my face. Black spots are gone.

7. I lost about 8 Kgs. of my weight also.
