Vendor Evaluation Survey Results

Hello Everyone,

Here are summaries of the results of the vendor evaluation survey we did.  For those who don’t know, the  survey was set up with 5 questions with scores of  Excellent-4, Good-3, Fair-2, Poor-1.  I also added a section for not/applicable-0.  A perfect score for each question would be 20. 

There were 32 total responses to the survey.  Of those 32, not everyone evaluated every vendor we have contracted, thus the not/applicable section.  The summaries are the averages for each vendor taking into consideration the number of responses for each company.

Renewals for all of our current contracts are in process.
