Lsyncd apparently pausing for user input when run with nodaemon...?

I have been running lsyncd at the terminal, using the "nodaemon" option

It seems to be working well, but on occasion i have found it seems to hang...pressing "enter" in the terminal window will brign it back to life, and file syncing resumes.

I initially though this was just a display issue - but it does in fact seem to be a real pause...
