Good evening all,
Tonight, the Ballot Access Committee made 2 recommendations for encumbrances for ballot access purposes.
1. 5k to the LPNH drive (6-0-0)
2. 25k to the LPAL drive (5-0-1)
Please reach out to me with any questions. We would like both encumbrances passed as soon as financially possible but understand that LPNH is a smaller amount and may be handled more quickly.
Additionally with the recent resignation of Todd Hagopian from the BAC we have what I believe is an LNC vacancy on the Committee and would like that vacancy to be filled as soon as possible.
I spoke to
@Pat Ford about this and he is agreeing to help us coordinate things in Region 6, but I am unsure if he'd be willing to serve in full capacity. I think he would be a good choice if so. Otherwise, we should see who's interested.

Whoever is willing to faithfully serve would be appropriate. It may actually be LNC or non LNC in which case we should probably get an email out or form up to solicit applications.

With this term so deep in, I'm not in favor of soliciting brand new people outside the LNC unless they were recommended by current BAC members. While typically in favor of application process at beginning of term, I am not so here.

Motions for ballot access must be made by an ExComm member with one sponsor required. No such motions have been made but at least some (all?) members of the ExComm are in close contact with the Ballot Access Committee.
TLDR; there are no pending motions and hard work is progressing in multiple other states that are finishing up. I expect motions or a meeting soon.
